I have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ3 digital camera, and I’m getting ready to do some traveling in rather remote areas. I want to be able to charge my batteries (Li-Ion) with a solar charger or another device lacking having to find a wall outlet to plug into.
I figure the only way this would be possible is by using an adapter together to a solar charger that can plug into the DC port on my digital camera. But does this port really charge the batteries or just run the camera off of that power?
Or, is there another way for me to charge my Li-Ion batteries with solar power or something akin?
Has anyone else dealt with a akin issue before?
